BY TRAIN – This is the best way! If arriving by train, purchase your ticket to Manorbier train station, which is just 200m from the site entrance. A marshal will be waiting for you when the train arrives to walk you to the festival. If traveling from Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol or London areas you will just have the one change in Swansea or Cardiff, making for an easy journey down.
BY COACH – a cost effective route with National Express from London to Tenby with just a short cab journey to site when you arrive.
BY CAR – follow directions to Shipping Hill Farm, The Ridgeway, Manorbier, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, SA70 8LE. When you get closer to the festival, you will spot direction signs. Please make sure to purchase your car park ticket before you arrive
Westival is strictly 18+, you must bring your ID to enter the festival. If you arrive with a ticket and are under 18, you will not be refunded.
You will receive your ticket 1 week before event. Your ticket will be emailed out to the email address you used when purchasing your ticket.

Yes, there is standard and luxury glamping options available, along with a full spa/wellness package including saunas, cold plunges, massages, and more. You can book these here.
Unfortunately, we can not offer electricity with a Campervan ticket.
A small number of day tickets will be released on Friday 1st May to those who have signed up. You can sign up here.

The Westival gates open at 12:00 Thursday 2nd July. Once in, you are free to leave the site at any time with a weekend ticket but can only enter during the times above.
The festival ends on Monday 6th July and we ask that all festival-goers leave site by 11:30 at the latest.
Music will start and end at the times below:
THURSDAY: 12:00 - 02:00
FRIDAY: 10:00 - 03:00
SATURDAY: 10:00 - 03:00
SUNDAY: 10:00 - 00:00
The car park will be open 24 hours from 12:00 on Thursday 2nd July until close at 11:30 on Monday 6th July, but you can only enter the festival arena during the gate open hours.
If entering with a weekend ticket, you are permitted the following personal allowance in total:
8 cans of beer/lager/cider/seltzer OR 2.25 litre box of wine. No spirits are allowed.
If entering with a day ticket, you are not permitted to bring any alcohol onto site.
Showers are only available in the glamping field and the sauna & hot tub area.

While we’re unable to offer refunds, you can resell your ticket through our official resale channel - Tixel.
Westival is strictly 18+. ID will be checked on entry. If you purchase a ticket and are refused entry because you are under 18, unfortunately we can not offer a refund.
A programme with set times and site map will be available on site from registration.
Yes, weekend ticket holders can leave the site at any time but you will only be allowed back in between gate opening times each day. No re-entries are permitted for day ticket holders.
Westival is proud to offer a great range of street food stalls with plenty of vegan and gluten free options. There is something for everyone!
Westival will be operating card only, however some vendors and stalls may accept cash. There will be no ATM’s on site.

If any of these items are found on site or in the car park they will be confiscated. If any illegal substances are found, you may be handed over to the police.
Unfortunately due to space, we do not allow any camping or awnings in the campervan section.
No, unfortunately animals are not permitted on site. If you need to bring a guide dog please get in touch at hello@westival.wales
Payment plans cannot be cancelled once started. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to paying the full ticket price, even if you’re no longer able to attend.
You will have the option to sell your ticket via Tixel if the event sell out.
