‘Alys uses provoking lyrics, powerful vocals and an energy which leave audiences wanting more. Cardiff born Alys is a fiery character, with the stage presence to match. Alys is performing at gigs at home and internationally, pulling a fabulous repertoire of varied, solid sets. As a solo artist, Alys has been performing throughout Glasgow at venues such as The Glad Cafe, The Hug and Pint, Broadcast, with residencies at AFS and McNeill’s Bar Southside. Having been on tour in the UK, Alys had a busy year, hitting up Edinburgh, Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, Camarthen, Swansea, Cardiff as well as performing at Eden Festival, Kelburn Festival, Green Man and The National Eisteddfod for the second time running in her career.

In 2022, Alys traveled overseas to Galway and the surrounding Arran islands to play a celtic festival, in which she sang her original Welsh material. She is set to play numerous gigs this year, promoting her debut solo album, and will be basking in the festive summer. Come and join in the fun and dance
