Alma Twist are a soul Jazz band who convey sincerity and honesty when they perform. A fan says “It energises my soul & expands my heart!” -  personal development, current affairs and the natural ebbs and flows of life are themes that are at the heart of their writing. 

Born in Lockdown, the band self recorded and released four singles in 2021 in their Home Studio in Hampshire. They got amazing support from the BBC introducing, getting ‘pick of the week’ on both ‘Fear’ and ‘Nothings Permanent” and playing Live at on the BBC introducing stage in 2022. Since 2021 all four singles have been streamed 15,000 times. As a result of this they supported Nubian Twist on their Freedom Fables tour in January 2022. 

 Alma Twist have played festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Bimble Festival, Love Jam and Smallworld festival. They are set to release a four track Live EP in February 2024, along with a studio Single before summer
